Responsibilities

  • Designing user interfaces and creating interactive prototypes for web and mobile applications.
  • Collaborating with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to implement innovative solutions.
  • Developing wireframes, storyboards, user flows, and process flows to communicate design ideas effectively.
  • Conducting usability testing to validate design decisions and refine the user interface.
  • Maintaining consistency in design systems, ensuring alignment with the company’s brand and visual identity.
  • Staying updated on the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to enhance the team’s creative capabilities.
  • Analyzing user feedback and activity to iterate on designs and improve usability and accessibility.
  • Creating and maintaining documentation related to design standards and guidelines.
  • Identifying and troubleshooting UX problems (e.g., responsiveness).
  • Collaborating with marketing and other teams to ensure a cohesive user journey across all touchpoints.
  • Conducting user research to understand the needs and behaviors of target audiences.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in UI/UX design or related roles.
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
  • Experience with responsive and adaptive design techniques.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills to articulate design rationale.
  • Familiarity with accessibility standards and inclusive design practices.
